FAQS

Questions, answered.

Can't find what you're looking for? Give us a call. We're happy to help.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept all major private insurance plans and offer direct billing, so in most cases you only pay the difference at checkout.

Are you enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

Yes. We're an enrolled CDCP provider and direct bill Sun Life on behalf of Health Canada for eligible services.

Do you accept NIHB coverage?

Yes, we provide care through the Non-Insured Health Benefits program for eligible First Nations and Inuit patients, with direct billing where possible.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call us right away. We hold same-day emergency slots and offer walk-ins for urgent issues like severe pain, swelling, or a knocked-out tooth.

How often should I come in for a check-up?

Most patients benefit from a cleaning and exam every six months, though your dentist may recommend a different schedule based on your oral health.

Do you see children?

Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages and recommend a child's first visit around their first birthday or when their first teeth appear.

What if I'm nervous about the dentist?

You're not alone, and we mean it when we say no pressure. Let our team know your concerns and we'll adjust the pace, explain every step, and go at your speed.
